Caulk should be replaced every 5-10 years dependent upon what fixture you’re working on. For instance, showers and tubs may wear out at 5 years while sinks may last up to 10. However, if you’re seeing the caulk peel up before that, it likely needs replacement. For today’s project, we helped our client by replacing the caulk between their sink and the wall.
